We are currently seeking a motivated part-time Deckhand to join our team. Typical workdays are Tuesday through Friday throughout Fort Myers, the Islands, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Naples, and Marco Island.
Starting Pay: $16-$18 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities include:
Washing and detailing a variety of boats and yachts
Drying surfaces to a spotless, streak-free finish
Thoroughly cleaning hatches and storage compartments
Assisting with occasional mate duties as needed
You will work aboard luxury yachts ranging from 30 to 80 feet.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
No prior yacht experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
