We are now looking for an experienced Bartender/server, Redbones bar is looking for a bartender with a good attitude, good energy and likes to building a clientele that returns to see them. Depending on the candidate, this position can lead all year round. We may also consider some less experienced bartenders for this role. At Redbones we do not pool tips, you keep what you earn. Bartenders here must also be servers and must to be comfortable working bar and/or tables, and no issues being on your feet. Must be able to follow direction and rules. Ability to multi task, Most of all reliability and consistency is key.
Must be reliable, able to follow rules regulations and laws.
This is a Bar, if you don't have thick skin, its not your gig.
