Working Environment & Schedule
Weekday Shifts (Mon–Fri daytime): Primarily solo operations managing the front area independently, ensuring smooth service and order flow.
Peak Shifts (Fri evening, Saturday & Sunday all day): Operates with a coordinated 2.5-person FOH setup to handle high volume.
Availability: Candidates with availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Warmly greet and welcome all guests with a bright, friendly smile and provide attentive customer service.
Take orders, manage the POS system, and handle payments accurately.
Safely and efficiently serve hot ramen bowls, appetizers, and beverages to tables/counter.
Follow manager instructions, communicate effectively, and collaborate smoothly with kitchen and front-of-house teammates.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitize dining tables, restock supplies, and assist with opening/closing checklists.
