I have a Dean Performer SE12 GN acoustic electric guitar that comes with a case. Everything works and plays great except there's a little bridge separation. Action seems fine but it's definitely something to be aware of and/or address yourself or with a luthier at some point. Seems fine now though but I'm by far not an expert. Other than that, you can certainly play all the 12 string songs to your heart's content.
