Process Servers deliver legal documents, like summonses and subpoenas, and provide official proof that individuals have been informed of their legal obligations. This process is crucial for preventing disputes, avoiding delays, and ultimately upholding the integrity of the legal system.

Weekly pay
Requirements:
Make up to four attempts, or completion, whichever comes first.
Must be 18+ and not a party to the case being served
Must pass a background check
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
Must have a reliable printer
Job Description:
Print documents and plan your route.
Deliver legal documents to the correct party
Collect information and serve documents accurately
Ideal Candidate:
Anyone can become a Process Server, but it’s not for everyone. You will be identifying and serving legal documents to individuals involved in court proceedings. You will encounter a level of confrontation from time to time.
