Sofa is in excellent condition and was barely even sat on. The 2 recliners are still in good condition but they are preloved/used. One of them does have a very small tear in the seam (can be seen in pics) but can easily be fixed.

Buyer must be able to load and haul the furniture yourself. Please bring enough help and an appropriate vehicle/trailer.
