Old house like 2 miles east off Forest Lake. Roof need to be reinforced per engineer blue print and will need to pass inspection. Need LVL where rafters meet and need reinforcement of rafters. Blue print is there. Idea is you come to say per hour and approximately how much time it will take. I do not pay then GC. I'm carpenter there. Can help I'm good at math but need someone expert at blue prints. Some photos there. I will look at emails at Saturday and gc or me will call someone.
I have 8' and 6' ladder and one plank but would be better if you have yours ladders or scaffolding. If you need not me for this job no problem at all, use yours helper and yours ladders.
