We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Landscape Crew Member and Crew Leads. Responsibilities
• Perform landscaping tasks, including hardscape and softscape installation and maintenance
• Operate equipment such as Skid Loaders, Excavators, Trucks/Trailers
• Assist in improving processes and procedures
• Crew Lead: Lead a crew of 2-4 people on various projects, from residential to commercial work
Qualifications
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs repeatedly
• Knowledge and/or experience with hardscapes and softscapes
• Crew Lead: 3+ years of proven landscape experience and equipment operation
• Preferred: Skid steer experience and understanding of DOT requirements for truck and trailer operation
• Class A License a plus
Compensation
Landscape Crew Members can expect to earn $20/hr-$25/hr, while Landscape Foremen can earn $26/hr - $32/hr or more, depending on experience.
