Bilingual Paralegal (Spanish-Speaking) – Personal Injury Law Firm

Join a fast-paced, client-focused plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Forest Hills, Queens. We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Paralegal to become a key member of our dynamic team. What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with a team of dedicated attorneys and paralegals, including direct collaboration with the managing attorney, to manage a high-volume caseload from initial intake through trial preparation. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting intake interviews with new clients (Spanish fluency required)
Opening and managing insurance claims
Drafting letters of representation and filing No-Fault (NF) applications
Assisting clients with lost wage and property damage claims
Requesting, organizing, and reviewing medical records
Managing the firm’s IME/EUO and litigation calendars
Communicating with insurance adjusters, defense counsel, and clients
Handling general case and office administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of paralegal experience (personal injury experience a big plus)
Fluent in Spanish – both written and spoken
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Comfortable using legal software and maintaining accurate case files
Familiarity with litigation documents and procedures preferred (but not required)
Notary Public certification is a plus
