Need 20' ladder and help ($500) removing a pair of shoes from a cable (Forest Hills)

I would like assistance removing a pair of sneakers from a cable outside of my home. The sneakers can be removed by cutting the shoelaces, but an approximately 20' ladder is required in order to reach the sneakers. This is probably about a 10 minute job, but we don't have a ladder tall enough to reach the power line and would value the help. We would value the assistance of someone with a 20' ladder and the ability to climb the ladder to remove the sneakers. We would be willing to pay $500 for the assistance. We are located in Forest Hills, Queens. Thank you.
