We have a room (unfurnished) for rent in Irvine near Sand Canyon and Irvine Blvd, close to the Great Park.
The room is ~12' x 11' with a nice closet. ($650/mo + $650security deposit + utilities ~$120-180/mo/ea)
This room will share a bathroom (with one other male in his thirties who's very clean) with large double sinks and another door leading to a full shower/bath. The house is basically brand new, has a huge kitchen, living room, and a washer and dryer on the second floor with plenty of parking.
The other housemates consist of three other males in their thirties. We are all working professionals with your typical M-F 8-5ish jobs. We like to grill/bbq on the occasion together, go out for a bite sometimes, and have a drink at the table once in a while as well. Most of the time we're all busy doing our own things, but we are also mindful of each other's space, sleep schedules, and keep the common areas very tidy.
Includes full access to the house, a few solar panels to help lower utilities, HOA also includes sports courts and a community pool. Easy access to freeways.
We are looking for someone that would be a good fit for the house that can commit to at least a 6 month commitment. You will also need to be able to pass a criminal background check (with your consent and at no cost to you) provide a good credit score, and a few references from previous living situations if possible.
*Note: The housemate directly below does snore and it carries a bit.
