🍔 Position: Food Expediter / Kitchen Support
📍 DW Grill and Catering – Fairbanks, Alaska
We’re looking to add another motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to our DW Grill family!
We are a fast-paced, locally owned restaurant looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and understands the importance of teamwork and great customer service.
🕒 WORK SCHEDULE
✅ Monday–Friday
✅ 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
✅ WEEKENDS OFF! 🎉
✅ Part-Time Position
🍳 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a hands-on position that involves helping both our kitchen and front-of-house team keep things running smoothly.
🔹 Food Expediting & Kitchen Support
• Coordinate food preparation between our grill and sandwich stations to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
• Ensure meals are accurate, properly presented, and delivered promptly to our guests.
• Assist with sandwich preparation, deep fryer cooking, and general food prep.
• Follow proper food handling and food safety procedures.
🔹 Customer Service & Front-of-House
• Take customer orders in person using our POS system.
• Answer phones and accurately process takeout orders.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Bus tables and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.
• Keep the lobby, drink stations, and other work areas clean, stocked, and organized.

Previous restaurant, kitchen, or POS experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
