DQ HAWAIIAN BBQ is hiring an experienced Kitchen Crew member / Cook for our Folsom restaurant. Immediate openings for dependable applicants seeking long-term work.
Location: 2770 E Bidwell St, Suite 400, Folsom, CA 95630. In-person work.
Pay: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
Full-time: at least 40 hours per week. Must be available for shifts during our 10:30 AM-9:00 PM operating hours, including weekends. Individual shifts will be arranged with the manager.
Previous restaurant kitchen work experience is required, including hands-on grill/flat-top cooking, deep fryer operation, and food preparation. Please describe your previous employers, dates worked, and kitchen duties when applying.
Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients; cook on the grill and fryer; follow recipes and portion standards; maintain food quality and safe food handling; keep the kitchen clean and sanitary; help with dishes and closing tasks.
Qualifications: Dependable attendance and punctuality, teamwork, and ability to work in a busy kitchen and perform the essential duties of the position. Weekend availability is required.
