We are looking for a reliable part-time helper to assist handle litter & garbage removal, mowing, pruning and snow removal tasks at multiple properties plus being a driver for a highschooler.
Hours:
- 10-20 hours per week
- Must be available to pick up a high schooler between 2:00–3:00 PM
- Outside of that time, schedule is mostly flexible
- Prompt availability will be required for snow removal.
Pay:
- Approximately $20/hour, negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Meet, communicate, and cooperate with management
- Drive to different properties as needed
- Landscaping (mowing, edging, pruning, weed removal, spraying for weeds, fertilizer, fall leaf removal, etc.)
- Litter, dumped items cleanup & removal.
- Putt out garbage/recycling/compost for pickup
- Pick up highschooler between 2:00–3:00 PM
- Check and report property conditions
- Ice and snow removal when needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Have a car or truck you can use
- Responsible, dependable, and punctual
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- Able to perform physical work
- Retired person is a plus
