Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently seeking Sit-down Forklift operators for multiple shifts in Flower Mound, TX.
Monday - Friday some Saturdays
1st shift 6 am - 3 pm or until finished- $18.00 per hour
2nd Shift 2:30 pm - 11 pm- $19.00 per hour
Duties:
* Operate forklifts to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse.
* Perform order-picking tasks accurately and efficiently to fulfill customer orders.
* Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
* Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring that materials are handled safely to prevent damage.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
* Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
* Familiarity with materials handling processes and equipment operation.
* Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to forklift operation and warehouse safety practices.
* Ability to operate various types of forklifts, including propane.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A valid forklift operator certification is preferred but not required; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
* Must pass drug test and background check
* Must be able to pick up 50lbs or more
