Trailer/RV Parking Space Available – Full Hookups – In city limits of Florence
This is a space to park your own trailer or RV. This is NOT a trailer rental.
I'm looking for one person who needs a quiet, long-term place to park and live in their own RV or trailer. This is a partially shared property. I maintain the existing trailer which is very rarely, if at all, used, yard maintenance, and outbuildings on the property, so while you would be the only full-time resident living there, we'd be sharing the property to some extent.
The space includes:
Full hookups (water, sewer, garbage)
$75 monthly electricity credit included in the rent
Room for one vehicle
Amenities include:
Gated community
Swimming pool
Clubhouse with showers and sauna
Laundry facilities
On-site post office
Beautiful park-like setting
Great neighbors
Close to town and shopping
RV Requirements:
Approximately 30 feet maximum
Newer model and in good condition
I'm hoping to find a mature, easygoing, respectful woman who values a quiet lifestyle and would be a good fit for this shared property arrangement. Because we'll be sharing the property in a limited way, compatibility is important to me.
I'm also looking for someone whose personal values are generally progressive or left-leaning. This would not be a good fit for someone who strongly identifies with the current right leaning politics.
Additional requirements:
One person only
Indoor pets are welcome, but there is no outdoor space for cats or dogs
Must be quiet, respectful of neighbors, and follow all HOA rules
No drugs or disruptive behavior
Must pass a background check
Minimum credit score of 600
