This is really a very nice American made Powermatic table saw model 66 with the table Extention and also a aftermarket higher end fence system .
I paid $1200 for it two years ago and it just sat in a storage building that has allowed moisture to get some film rust on the top surface .
Single phase power 220 . I think it’s 2-3 hp.
