Looking for a dependable, hardworking part-time maintenance man with general experience in building repairs and property maintenance.
Skills & Experience:
General carpentry — interior & exterior
Basic electrical and plumbing
Building repairs and maintenance
Roofing experience
Painting
Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
Able to lift and handle materials
Tractor driving experience
General equipment and tool knowledge
Able to work independently and troubleshoot problems
Organized, dependable, and takes pride in quality work
Must have reliable transportation
Must be drug-free
This is a hands-on position for someone who can work independently, keep things organized, and handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.
Part-time — schedule and pay based on experience.
