We are expanding our last-mile delivery operations in the Flint, MI area and are hiring reliable and hardworking Delivery Drivers for new Route 009.
📦 Pickup is in the Flint, MI area, with delivery routes primarily covering areas east and northeast of Flint, including communities around Almont, Capac, Imlay City, Romeo, Armada, Richmond, Marysville, and Port Huron.
Experienced delivery drivers are preferred, but NO EXPERIENCE is required. We also welcome motivated applicants who are willing to learn. Paid training is provided, and new drivers will start with a smaller number of packages to practice and become familiar with the delivery process before taking on larger routes.
💰 Competitive Pay & Paid Training：
-Experienced Drivers (Priority Hiring): Approximately $150–$250+/Day, depending on route and workload.
-Entry-Level / No Experience: Starting at approximately $150+/Day with fewer packages during the initial training period.
-Paid Training: Hands-on training is provided to help new drivers learn the delivery process.
-Start with a Smaller Route: New drivers will initially handle a lighter package volume while learning the route and delivery process.
-Weekly Pay: Reliable weekly pay with a 1-week delay / 1-week in arrears.
🕒 Flexible Work Schedule & Freedom：
-Task-Based Shifts: Complete your assigned daily route, and you're done for the day.
-Finish Early, Go Home Early: If you complete your route early, your workday ends early.
-Flexible Days Off: Days off are scheduled based on operational needs. Weekend availability is required.
-Time-Off Requests: Submit time-off requests in advance through the Driver Manager.
-Reliable Attendance: Dependability, punctuality, and consistent attendance are important.
📦 Delivery Driver Responsibilities：
-Pick up packages at the designated Flint-area location.
-Deliver packages safely and efficiently according to your assigned route.
-Follow route instructions and delivery procedures.
-Properly handle and secure packages throughout the delivery process.
-Maintain safe driving practices at all times.
-Provide professional and reliable service to customers.
-Complete all assigned deliveries within the scheduled workday.
📝 Requirements：
-Must be 18 years or older.
-Valid Driver’s License.
-Reliable personal vehicle with valid auto insurance.
-Smartphone with active GPS and mobile data.
-Strong work ethic and a responsible attitude.
-Ability to work independently and complete daily delivery routes.
-Previous delivery experience is preferred, but no experience is required.
-Paid training is available for qualified applicants.
