This kitchen island has an overhang on 2 sides to accommodate counter height stools for seating and has plenty of storage. It was exactly what we needed for a while but have since undergone a kitchen remodel and have a new island. It is assembled (as pictured) and the measurements are included in the picture. The smaller tier is 30" high and 15" x 30". The larger tier is 36" high for counter height stools, the top is 27" x 30". The total length, with both tiers, is 40" x 30" wide. It has 2 tiers which works great in almost any space. Please contact me for further information if interested. I also included pictures of similar islands I found online.
