Build Specifications & Dimensions:
• Outer Shell Dimensions: 4' W x 4' D x 7' H (84" tall box). Note: Top-mounted ventilation unit adds ~10–12" to overall height.
• Heavy-Duty Acoustic Construction: Half-inch MDF outer shell, 3.5" Roxul Safe 'n' Sound insulation, half-inch soundboard, and double 5/8" drywall with Green Glue damping.
• Exterior/Interior Finish: Fully clad in gray carpet inside and out.
• Features: Acoustic glass window (installed high on wall), floor carpet & carpet pad, sound-absorbing door dampening panel, fan/ventilation unit, and cable pass-throughs.
Includes $550+ in Premium ATS Acoustic Panels:
• 8 x ATS Hardened-Edge Acoustic Panels (24" x 36" x 2" in Linen fabric) with impaling clips

• Transport Needed: Individual wall panels measure ~38.5" x 75" (~180–200 lbs each due to the double drywall), plus the floor, ceiling, and ventilation pieces (these last three are substantially lighter). Will require a cargo van, or enclosed U-Haul trailer with straps and moving blankets.
• Labor Needed: Due to panel weight, please plan on ~3 strong individuals, suggest hiring a local 3-person moving helper service (e.g., TaskRabbit, Lugg, or local hourly movers) to assist with moving and loading to your vehicle.
