I'm looking for a professional organizer/cleaner/ project manager to help me prepare my Longmont loft to be listed on Air Bnb. I'd like to hire someone for the entire project rather than by the hour.

You’ll be working with me to
- prioritize task list
- manage selling selected items
- hire a handyman, electrician, and plumber for small projects
- help with final touches (picture framing, sheets/ towels/ tableware, etc).
... And of course, declutter and organize.

This is my home, and I'm only renting on weekends, so I want to create systems that will make that easier. You don't have to be a professional organizer, but you do have to be someone who can work with creative types.

I'm especially looking for someone who already has a trusted handyman, electrician, appliance guy, and plumber.
