There are videos on how to use it. It strengthens and retrains your facial muscles to keep wrinkles from setting in.
What I like, too, is that it comes with the gloves as an option if you prefer that over the probes. I used to use self tanner on my face so the gloves have a little discoloration from that, but they were only used like 3 time total.
