20’x8’ container home. Windows, door and A/C opening all framed with steel with continuous weld so no chance of leaks.
Windows and door are all low e glass and windows have screens.
Inside has 1 1/2 inch insulation and then framed with 2x4 studs including ceiling.
Entire unit has all wiring pulled and boxes installed.
Bath has all rough plumbing for toilet, shower and sink.
I have fiberglass R-11 that will be included with sale.
Outside awning folds flat against unit for transport.
I don’t have time to work on it in the next few months but when I do more the price will go up.
