Hi, my name is Jose. I’m 21 years old and work full-time as a professional barber in Staten Island.
I’m looking for a clean, affordable private room in North Staten Island, preferably around Port Richmond, Mariners Harbor, Elm Park, Graniteville, West Brighton, Forest Ave, Morningstar Rd, or nearby.
I’m a responsible, quiet, respectful and hardworking person. I work consistently, take my payments seriously, keep my space clean, and spend most of my time working and building my career.
I do not throw parties, create unnecessary noise, or cause problems. I respect other people’s property, privacy and household rules.
I’m mainly looking for something around per month, preferably with utilities included, but I’m open to reasonable offers.
I’m open to a furnished or unfurnished private room, room in a house/apartment, or another clean and legitimate arrangement.
