Seeking candidates of all skill levels/ experience to join our building division. Experience is preferred, but we will happily train the right person. We focus on quality and craftsmanship; we primarily work in Chittenden, Addison and Washington county but we occasionally travel beyond for regular clients. The majority of our projects are high end new construction projects, custom homes, and renovations, with the occasional small commercial or municipal project.
Pay based on experience. Benefits include 70 percent paid health insurance, 60 percent paid dental and vision insurance, employer sponsored IRA program with 3% match, generous bonuses, company vehicle & gas card for the right candidate, 6 paid holidays per year, 2 weeks paid vacation, opportunity to earn overtime pay each week, weekly pay period. Carpenters start at 28/ hr, carpenter's helpers starting at 22/ hr and up. Salary range 60-120k+ per year after overtime and bonuses.
