Non smoking only, (420 ok outside) private room and shared bath although you would never even know it. You would have all the amenities, power, internet, water, garbage, sewer are all included in rent. You would also have your own refrigerator and pantry. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Situated on two acres with beautiful manicured lawn front and back, vegetable garden in the works, plenty of parking, and storage if needed. Access to yard, laundry room, living areas and kitchen.
About us we are older, laid back, clean, responsible, and respectful couple with a very small dog who are looking to share our space. We run a sole proprietor handyman business, as well as buying and selling storage units from home, plus I work outside of the home 2 days a week. We would prefer a female roommate who is like minded and doesn't bring any drama. Must be clean. However we are not 100% opposed to speaking to gentleman as we could also use a little help around the property.
We don't want it to feel like a typical roommate situation.We want you to feel like this is your home. Whether it be for a couple of months or a year.
