I'm a single mom who's moving to Springfield around December/January and I'm looking for an affordable apartment, house, duplex, or even a fixer-upper to rent. I've been having a hard time finding a place because of some past credit issues, so I'm hoping to find a private landlord who might be willing to work with me.
I have income, can provide references, I'm just looking for a safe place for me and my child. I'm responsible, clean, and will take good care of your property.
If you have a place that needs some work, that's okay with me. I'm willing to clean, paint, do yard work, or help fix things up if it means getting into a place I can afford. I'm not looking for anything fancy, just a safe place to call home.
