Hi everyone. I am needing a roommate to move in, hopefully this weekend. We would share a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment at the Links of Wedington for a short period until I am waiting to get my new place out of state, at which point you would have the entire apartment to yourself. I have 2 dogs who stay in my room. I have already paid october rent, all you would need to do is pass a Lindsay background check and set up utilities, I will not charge you the rent for this month. Rent is 1145 a month, lease ends at the end of December so you would have the option to renew then, last year the rent increase was $20.
I know the situation is unconventional, currently going through a divorce and it's taking longer than anticipated to move out of state where my support system is.
