Ethos Exotics (Rats) (Farmington)

This is a bit of a long shot, but I’m looking for anyone in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area who bred, owned, or remembers fancy rat lines circulating locally several years ago — especially Silvermane, Rex/Double Rex, Russian Blue, Harley, Satin, or combinations of those traits.
I previously bred rats in Farmington through Ethos Exotics and maintained several generations of my own lines. My main projects included Silvermane, Rex/Double Rex, Satin, Harley, Russian Blue, American Blue, Siamese, Mink, Pearl, Marten and others.
My breeding program became heavily focused on temperament over time. I selected strongly against aggression and eventually began specifically evaluating fear responses, confidence, handling tolerance, sociability, health and pet-quality behavior across generations.
I’m now rebuilding my program and would particularly love to find out whether any descendants of those older Albuquerque lines are still around — or whether anyone remembers breeders who obtained or continued working with similar stock.
My highest-priority interests are:
• Silvermane
• Rex / Double Rex
• Russian Blue
• Harley
• Dumbo or Dumbo carriers
I’m also interested in established lines involving dwarf, BES, BEW, Self, Fawn, Down Under or Roan.
I am NOT looking for random feeder-bin genetics or animals with completely unknown backgrounds for immediate breeding. I’m primarily hoping to connect with experienced breeders, former breeders, or people who may know the history of locally established lines.
