We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Embroidery Machine Operator. Previous embroidery experience is preferred but NOT required. We are willing to train the right person.
This position involves operating commercial embroidery machines to produce custom designs on hats, shirts, jackets, hoodies, and other apparel.
Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor commercial embroidery machines.
Hoop garments and properly position embroidery designs.
Load garments, change threads, and prepare machines for production.
Inspect finished embroidery for accuracy and quality.
Trim threads, remove backing, and prepare completed orders.
Assist with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Meet daily production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
No embroidery experience necessary. Training is available.
Previous experience with commercial embroidery machines is a plus.
Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Basic computer skills preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience in screen printing, garment decoration, or apparel production is a plus but not required.
