40s female chef with a passion for simple living and the arts is seeking a housing solution post divorce. Already I am facing issues finding renters willing to rent to someone with no previous landlords. I currently co-own a home, but it is not being sold and I cannot take much more of living with my mother in law.
Would consider house shares with elders who may need help with their property, or someone just looking to rent an extra room, camper, yurt, or shed.
