Join Our OTR Team Driving Fleet!
We are seeking dependable and safety-focused CDL-A team drivers for over-the-road dry van operations based in Fargo, ND. This opportunity is ideal for established driving teams looking for nationwide routes, well-equipped trucks, and strong earning potential.
Work together with your driving partner, cover long-distance routes, and keep freight moving across the lower 48 states.
Pay & Earning Potential
- Team Drivers: Earn up to $9,000 per week per team (Up to $4,500 For Each)
- Competitive earning potential based on mileage, loads, and performance
- Consistent freight opportunities
- Weekly earnings depend on dispatch and operational factors
The advertised amount is for the team, not each individual driver. Actual earnings may vary.
Routes & Home Time
- Over-the-road routes throughout the lower 48 states
- Dry van freight
- Four weeks on the road, followed by one week at home
- Ongoing freight opportunities
- Dispatch and operational support
Trucks & Equipment
Team drivers may operate 2020 or 2027 Freightliner trucks, depending on availability. Equipment may include:
- Auxiliary Power Unit (APU)
- Refrigerator and microwave
- Power inverter
- Sleeper cab for long-distance trips
- Modern safety features
- Well-maintained equipment
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL for each driver
- Both drivers must meet applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Safe driving records
- OTR experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively with a team partner
- Commitment to safety and professional driving standards
- Willingness to follow the four-weeks-out, one-week-home schedule
