These machines are amazingly well made and retail for $2500 and more.
It needs to be somewhat disassembled to get it out of my home and you would need two people to move it.
Task Rabbit folks could do the disassembly if you needed, and maybe move it too.
It's an amazing workout and reputedly very good for your knees. 20 minutes feels like a good long run - way harder and more efficient than a bike or treadmill, and no impact at all. We just won't have room for it any longer.
his is the model. Check out the videos.
Mine is lightly used and in perfect working condition.

The Helix delivers strength training-caliber results while blasting fat and calories. Users get the equivalent of a 60-minute workout in just 30 minutes.* Bottom line results: The machine's new "lateral figure 8" motion puts emphasis on the entire leg, 360 degrees, not just the front and back of the legs like other machines. This means incredible results for the glutes and the inner and outer thighs. And it's the only cardio trainer that works the core! Zero learning curve: Users don't want to have to learn a new skill or have to watch a video before they try a new machine: they want to jump on and start working out. The Helix is user-friendly and completely non-intimidating. Advantages over Elliptical, Treadmills: Very compact 3' x 4' footprint plus integrated wheels Quiet and self-powered, no power source needed Extensively tested for both efficiency and safety Engineered for low-to-no maintenance.
