Freshly painted furnished basement apt. in a private home with private bath. The owner lives separately in the upstairs apartment separated by a locked door. Apartment has it's own private entrance.
The bedroom has 2 closets and is a spacious 16 x 11 foot area. There's a private covered patio, laundry room with free use of washer and dryer. Smoking is allowed on the patio only. No smoking inside the residence is allowed.
Everything is included; dishes, utensils, small kitchen appliances like toaster oven with convection setting, electric griddle, electric wok, coffee maker etc. No pets. The yard is big and free to use.
