I'm available immediately to cabin-sit within a 200-mile radius (give or take) of lower Manhattan. I will need WiFi however.

I do not have pets. I'm a female (51) and can lift up to 15lbs (though not regularly). I have never chopped firewood (and wouldn't want to?). I go camping so am familiar with the outdoors. I can shovel snow.

I have a car (SUV) but no snow chains.

I have a background as an administrative assistant in banking but am currently not working.
