Growing exterior contractor could use a second set of hands and eyes managing projects in and around the Asheville area. Must be ok with heights and ladder work. Safety equipment provided but not needed frequently. Offering pay $20-35/hr depending on experience and skills you have.
Part of the compensation package being offered is housing. There is a 1bed 1 bath cottage available to live in. It has its own electric meter so you would be responsible for covering the cost of electricity but we would be willing to let you connect to our WiFi in your own network (fiber 1000mbps). Well water included but you deal with your own trash and trash must be dealt with promptly as we have bears visit frequently.
Work will vary from mostly part time and transition to full time as we continue to grow and get into the busy season next spring/summer. Part of your hourly pay will go towards offsetting the monthly cottage rent and this is negotiable.
You MUST have your own RELIABLE transportation and only ONE person will be allowed to live in the cottage. It's not big enough for two people. This is not negotiable so do not bother asking. One well trained, friendly pet (we have dogs) will be considered on an individual basis.
