Hiring an experienced Kitchen Manager/Lead Prep Cook to lead our back-of-house operations. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive the team and keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
-Lead prep
-Manage inventory and handle all ordering.
-Act as the lead line cook as needed.
-Ability to expedite during peak service.
-Roll out new recipes and train the team on updated procedures.
What we offer:
-$70,000 - $80,000 salary
