Need gone asap. Couch set in great condition, sold as a set. Cloth is slightly worn but no major holes, no stains. Smoke free pet free homes. Second owner, items were bought new by my dad for his condo, about 20 years ago in Des Moines, then a few years ago moved to my brother's house in Fairfield (shown, currently being renovated that's why it's a mess). Wooden feet bolt on. Seat cushions slide out, back cushions are sewn into place. Includes four arm covers.

Asking $1000 or best offer, sold as a set (original prices shown in photo, NOT asking prices). Please pick up. I might be able to arrange delivery but it would be a little tricky.
