Beautiful one-owner Hallet & Davis 5-foot baby grand. Factory special-ordered in 2008. Excellent instrument for a serious student or home. Ground-floor pickup with easy access.

The piano has been well cared for, with regular tuning during its first years and lighter use more recently. A few notes could benefit from minor regulation, but the piano plays well overall.

Original matching bench included; upholstery shows wear and would benefit from reupholstering.

Buyer responsible for moving; happy to coordinate with a professional piano mover.
