Exquisite carving for the center cherubic face -- either man or woman in original gold paint with fancy carved scrolls. Lion paws in front sitting on original wood casters. Height from floor to carving is 44 inches. Seat is 18 inches depth x 20 inches width. Professionally refurbished from upholstery to the upgraded cushioned seat to the cording. All wood was untouched and is in excellent condition. Provenance was in family long time in Appomattox, VA.
