Cute handmade ceramic bird bath or bird seed bowl in a cream-colored stoneware finish featuring three sculpted pigeons on the rim and an inscription reading, "You have to accept the fact that sometimes you are the pigeon, and sometimes you are the statue."

Signed by artist Liliane at the bottom, likely an independent studio or artisan creation.

This piece is a humorous and philosophical piece of studio art pottery. The quote itself ("some days you're the pigeon, some days you're the statue") is a popular piece of folk wisdom and dark humor meaning that some days you are soaring and in control, while other days you are just sitting still taking whatever life throws at you.
