This is a small studio style cabin with a small bathroom area and a storage loft. No indoor plumbing. Has a private outhouse. 'Dry cabin' means you haul your own water. There is a nearby community spring for water. No public transportation available. Rent750/month -Winter Rate, plus electric and heating fuel. You contribute to snowplowing expense. Perfect for one person. Referrals and security depot is required. We prefer a long term renter, at least through winter.
