Old Soul Co. is hiring for a Cafe Manager in our Fair Oaks Village store.
Support and motivate a great team, leading staff to provide a superior guest experience.
In this position, which reports to the Operations Manager, you will:
Work directly on the cafe floor and in the kitchen to support all food and beverage services to our guests.
Manage of staff of 6 to 8 people, in a cafe open 7 days per week from 6am-4pm.
Make schedules, manage inventory, maintain the operation of the facility and manage the cash and daily finances of the retail operation.
Old Soul Co. FOV at 10239 Fair Oaks Blvd. is our most NEWST neighborhood cafe, and a great place for an energetic and detail-oriented industry leader with multiple years of foodservice experience and documented leadership/mgmt experience in a similar setting.
