We are a tool manufacturing company and machine shop looking for a part or full-time machinist. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious candidate who can expand their professional skills with our growing product line.
A good candidate should be able to create and refine machine programs, familiar with small lot manufacturing, collaborate with design engineers and manage/teach a small staff of personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup and Operation of CNC Milling Centers (Haas & Mazak), Bridgeport, Lathes, etc.
- Set up and operate equipment to produce parts in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.
- Load materials into machines, secure work pieces, and initiate machining processes.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Help to keep track of process changes and documentation updates.
- Maintain an organized and clean work shop.
This is an immediate opening for part-time or full-time (Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30) position.
