Bluedot Poshtel is a modern 200-bed international hostel located in the heart of Myeongdong, Seoul.

Position
Facility Cleaning Staff
This position is responsible for maintaining public areas only.
Guest room bedding and guest room cleaning are handled by our Housekeeping Team.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
30-minute break
3–5 working days per week (Negotiable)
Weekday and weekend availability required
Working hours must comply with your visa regulations.
Salary & Benefits
₩11,000 per hour
Weekly paid holiday allowance provided for employees working 5 days per week, subject to Korean labor law and eligibility requirements.
Hourly wage increase based on performance after 6 months
Long-term employees may discuss enrollment in the Korean National Health Insurance and Social Insurance systems (subject to eligibility)

Job Responsibilities
Maintain shared restrooms on all floors
Maintain Basement Level 1 (B1) common areas
Clean and maintain the men's and women's sauna areas
Maintain the shared kitchen
Clean hallways and common areas
Clean and open the rooftop
Water rooftop plants
Clean the building exterior and entrance area
Separate and dispose of waste correctly
Refill guest amenities such as shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper
Report maintenance issues or damaged facilities
This position does NOT include guest room bedding or guest room cleaning.
Training
No experience is necessary.
A training manual will be provided, and experienced staff will provide step-by-step training.

Requirements
H-1, F-4, or F-6 visa holders
Legally eligible to work in Korea
Responsible and detail-oriented
Able to work well in a team
Available on weekdays and weekends
D-2 student visa holders are not eligible.
Cleaning experience and basic Korean communication skills are preferred but not required.
