Soft case fits 2 dulcimers. Each dulcimer has its own compartment accessed by a separate zippered closure and has soft plush lining. Interior dimensions of each compartment are 39 inches long, 9 inches on the widest area of of lower bout section and tapers gradually to 6 inches at top section where headstock fits, 3 inches deep.
Soft case allows for some slight expansion of width and depth but attempting to fit much longer/wider than these dimensions will eventually stress the seams. Backpacker straps and carry handle. Pocket on exterior large enough to hold books.
