Experienced Remote IT Support / Help Desk Technician Available – Evenings & Weekends
I'm an experienced IT Help Desk Technician looking for a part-time remote position. I currently work full-time providing technical support to dental and medical offices and am available for additional remote work.
Availability:
Monday–Friday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM ET
Saturday & Sunday: Available all day

Remote Help Desk & Technical Support
Windows 10/11
Microsoft 365 & Outlook
Remote Desktop & TeamViewer
Printers, scanners, and peripherals
Network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Active Directory
Customer service and phone support
Ticketing systems
Dental software support (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Denticon, and more)
I'm reliable, professional, and comfortable handling inbound support calls, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting tickets, and assisting users remotely.
I'm looking for remote Help Desk, Technical Support, Customer Support, Dispatch, or Virtual Receptionist opportunities.
