I am seeking an opportunity to assist a property owner or landlord with the ongoing care, maintenance, and oversight of a residential property in exchange for a live-in accommodation arrangement. Compensation may also be considered depending on the scope of responsibilities.
I have a background in property management and landlord responsibilities, with experience understanding the day-to-day needs of residential properties, maintaining a clean and orderly environment, and helping ensure that properties are properly cared for.
I also have practical exposure to plumbing and electrical work from working alongside a professional plumber, giving me familiarity with common maintenance concerns and the importance of addressing issues promptly and responsibly.
