Experienced, dependable property maintenance professional looking for a stable, long-term housing arrangement in North Idaho.
I have 25 years of residential construction experience, am a certified heavy equipment operator, and have 10 years of experience as a DSP/med-tech working with disabled adults.
I'm looking for a mutually beneficial arrangement where I can provide reliable property maintenance, caretaking, or handyman services in exchange for housing, reduced rent, paid work with housing, or a combination of these.

I have my own self-contained, four-season RV, so I'm flexible about the arrangement. I'm open to:
